IN NO EVENT WILL WAHM PUB BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING UNDER ANY CAUSE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, MISUSE OF, OR, RELIANCE ON THE SITE, OR ON THE SITE CONTENT WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) VIRUSES, DATA CORRUPTION, FAILED MESSAGES, DAMAGES ARISING AS A RESULT OF: TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR PROBLEMS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS, WAHM PUB CONTRACTORS, THE INTERNET BACKBONE, THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY YOU, OR YOUR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, OR ANY EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL WAHM PUB OF
The Site contains content that We create as well as content provided by third parties. This content includes, among other things, product reviews, articles, and directory listings. It also includes information about products and services offered by parties other than WAHM Pub, such as product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and performance. WAHM PUB IS

We do not sell,
resell, or license any of the products or the services that We
review, list, or advertise on the Site, and We disclaim any
responsibility for or liability related to them. This Site and its

sell any product or service unless the product has been designed by
us or offered directly through us via our shopping cart. The mention

INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
You acknowledge that

the Site (collectively the “Content”) including the manner in
which the Content is presented or appears and all information
relating thereto, are the property of their respective owners as
indicated, WAHM Pub, or its licensors, as the case may be.WAHM Pub
and WAHM Pub.com and the WAHM Pub logo are protected trade-marks and
trade-names of WAHM Pub. You agree that the Content and the
selection, arrangement, architecture and enhancement of the Content
and other Site features (the "Website Design") are
protected by Canadian and international intellectual and industrial
property rights, including copyrights, trade-marks and other
proprietary rights. These rights are valid and protected in all media
existing now or later developed, and all use of the Content or
Website Design shall be in accordance with such rights and the terms
of this Agreement.
WAHM Pub grants
You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access, read and download a single copy of the Site's Content for the
sole purpose of personal, non-commercial use.
License to Use
Content You Submit
You hereby
grant WAHM Pub to the perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, world wide,
non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable license to run, display,
copy, reproduce, publish, bundle, distribute, market, create
derivative works of, adapt, translate, transmit, arrange, modify,
sub-license, export, merge, transfer, loan, rent, lease, assign,
share, outsource, host, make available to any person or otherwise
use, and to authorize such acts, any information or other content You
provide on or through the Site or which is sent to WAHM Pub by e-mail
or other correspondence, including without limitation, any ideas,
concepts, inventions, know-how, techniques or any intellectual
property contained therein, for any purpose whatsoever. WAHM Pub
shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding
any such information unless specifically agreed by WAHM Pub in
writing or required by law. You represent and warrant that You have
the right to grant the license set out above.
OHIO LAW AND
VENUE You hereby consent and
submit to the EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction of the courts of the state of
Ohio in any action or proceeding related to the Site or Content and
agree not to commence any such action or proceeding . The laws of the
state of Ohio and the laws of the USA applicable therein shall govern
use of the Site and the interpretation, validity and effect of this
Agreement, and shall be treated in all respects as an Ohio contract,
notwithstanding any conflict of laws, provisions or Your domicile, residence or
physical location. You agree to waive any right You may have to: (i)
a trial by jury; and (ii) commence or participate in any class action
against WAHM Pub related to the Site, the Content, or this Agreement
and, where, applicable, You also agree to opt out of any class
proceedings against WAHM Pub or its licensors. We have required that
this Agreement and all documents relating thereto be drawn-up in
English.
